Brandina Shelties is situated in the small, friendly community of Smithfield which is located in Somerset county, Maine. This rural town, known for it's beautiful ponds and large hills and valleys, affords the space and privacy to make it the perfect spot for our home and kennel.

Everybody has to start someplace. . .

 . . .we had the good fortune of being mentored by one of the top Sheltie kennels on the East Coast ~ Carmylie. Through the friendship, generosity and guidance we've received from Jean Simmonds, we were able to develop the solid foundation that is behind the Brandina dogs today.


We are a work in progress as we strive for excellence in each new generation of Brandina Shelties.
